For over 35 years, we have stood by our unwavering belief that food is a basic human right. We distribute millions of healthy meals every year, and are on the forefront of new approaches to ending hunger and poverty.

ALLIANCE HOUSING, INC.

Alliance’s work makes it possible for individuals and families to create homes for themselves, regardless of income and background by developing and managing housing that is inclusive, affordable, relational, and flexible.

ANDRÉ HOUSE

André House is a mission to the homeless and poor populations of the Phoenix area. Located near the heart of the city, Andre House provides various subsistence services as well as clothing and an evening meal to over 200 people a week.

BOLDER OPTIONS

Bolder Options provides wellness-based mentoring for middle school youth. Once we identify youth who need support we match them with volunteer mentors who meet with them every week for a year. Throughout their year together, participants focus on holistic personal development through weekly activities hosted by staff.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES - TWIN CITIES

The present structure of Catholic Charities was created in 1977 by the merger of several other Catholic welfare and social service organizations. It is now the largest private provider of social services in the Twin Cities, operating more than 75 programs that address a broad range of social concerns.

CENTRO

Located in the Phillips Neighborhood of South Minneapolis, Centro is an organization that has identified education as a primary strategy for creating a vital future for Latino families in that area of the city.

CMTA

CMT is the acronym for Charcot-Marie-Tooth. CMT is a group of like diseases caused by inherited genetic mutations. CMT damages the peripheral nerves outside of the brain and spinal cord.

COALITION ON HOMELESSNESS- CALIFORNIA

The Coalition on Homelessness organizes homeless people and front line service providers to create permanent solutions to homelessness, while working to protect the human rights of those forced to remain on the streets.

COOKIE CART

Cookie Cart gives Twin Cities teens the opportunity to develop foundational skills and tools to be successful in education and career by combining hands-on work experience, classroom work readiness curriculum, customer service education, leadership training, and financial literacy classes.

CORNERSTONE

Cornerstone is a community-based domestic violence prevention program servicing Bloomington, Edina, Richfield and Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Services are provided in response to the crisis needs of victims and their children, including the provision of emergency safe housing for women, children and men.

COURAGE CENTER

The mission of Courage Center is to empower people with disabilities to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives. Headquartered in Golden Valley, Minnesota, Courage also operates Courage St. Croix in Stillwater as well as other satellite operations and within the state of Minnesota.

EAST BAY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Founded in 1928, EBCF is one of the nation’s oldest community foundations, serving people across Alameda and Contra Costa counties. We partner with donors, fundholders, social movements, and the wider community to eliminate structural barriers, advance racial equity, and transform political, social, and economic outcomes for all East Bay residents.
